amor.de.poland is a project that promotes the regeneration of urban biodiversity and reconnection with natural cycles through nature-based gardening, agroecological urban gardens, and environmental education. Our approach is based on the belief that it is possible to transform cities into vibrant habitats. We work to expand and preserve biodiversity by creating green spaces with native flora that provide shelter and food for the region's pollinators, insects, and birds. At the same time, we develop educational and practical formats that encourage people to rethink their urban lifestyles and build a more conscious, harmonious relationship with the environment. Our approach considers not only the aesthetic and functional dimensions of urban green spaces, but also their ecological, social, and educational significance. Every project offers the opportunity to revitalize the connection to nature – even in dense urban areas or where resources are limited. Our services: Planning, design, and implementation of natural gardens. We offer the conception and implementation of biodiverse gardens with native plant species that are optimally adapted to the climate and soil conditions of the respective region. These gardens are low-maintenance, require fewer resources, and strengthen local ecosystems. We work in a wide variety of contexts: sidewalks, balconies, terraces, courtyards, roofs, interiors, as well as private and commercial spaces. Agroecological urban gardens and composting. We design and install agroecological gardens – both in the ground and in mobile planting systems – adapted to urban conditions and small areas. In doing so, we promote the cultivation of healthy food and impart knowledge about its life cycles. In addition, we offer aromatic plant gardens and household composting, and we accompany the entire process – from planning to maintenance – or provide specific advice. Environmental Education Activities: We organize guided tours through urban green spaces where local flora and fauna, ecological connections, and the dynamics of local ecosystems can be experienced. We also offer lectures and workshops on topics such as biodiversity in the city, natural gardening, agroecological vegetable cultivation, and composting. The formats are tailored to the target group and can be held in cooperation with institutions, organizations, or community projects. Our Approach: At amor.de.polen, we understand the city as a living system in transition. Every urban location can become a catalyst for new life – a space where people and nature reconnect. Our gardens are more than green oases – they are living systems that promote biodiversity, inspire people, initiate educational processes, and sustainably change our view of the city and nature. We work with a holistic approach.that combines ecological, aesthetic, social, and educational aspects. Our goal is to support the transition to more sustainable, sensitive, and community-based ways of living.
